At the age of 20, Rinpoche received Bhikshu ordination vows (the

also received complete initiation, transmission and pith

In 1999, H.H. Penor
Rinpoche brought him to the Palyul Retreat Center in upstate New
York, and appointed him as Tsalung instructor.
Later he was sent to Macau as the representative of H.H. Penor
Rinpoche to organize the Palyul Dharma Center. He formally
registered the Macau Nyingmapa Palyul Changchug Dagyeling Dharma
Centre and ran it for eleven years. At the same time, he also
held the position of an honorable consultant to the Macau
Buddhist Association.
In 2002, he was formally enthroned as a Khenpo at Palyul
Tarthang Monastery. During the early difficult beginning in
Macau, Jangling Rinpoche used all his efforts to maintain the
centre, by giving teachings to spread the dharma and gathering
support from local people and businesses. Finally, the Macau
Palyul Centre became a complete dharma centre with full local
cooperation and a friendly atmosphere. H.H. Penor Rinpoche
greatly appreciated Jangling Rinpoche and all the member
students of the Macau Palyul Center during his visits to Macau.
H.H. Penor Rinpoche advised students on several occasions that
they should try harder to learn about Buddhist practices from
Jangling Rinpoche as he is not only a good Buddhist monk but
also a very knowledgeable Buddhist master. H.H. praised him on
several occasions in Hong Kong, India, the U.S. and other
places, in appreciation for the hard work he did in Macau.
Following the instructions from H.H. Penor Rinpoche, he served
